Christi began her early career as a Sales Representative for one of the top flooring manufacturers in the world. She quickly learned about the commercial interior products industry and the architectural specification process. Through her experience working with sub-contractors, developers, end-users and distributors, Christi felt she could make a genuine difference in servicing the recruiting needs of her clients within the industry she knows best. Her previous selling success in the field sets her apart from other recruiters and her personable and approachable style creates a cohesive transition in the search process. She operates Lepley Recruiting Services which specializes in aligning Top Talent in the Flooring and Building Products industry. Christi graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. She is a fourth generation California native and currently resides in San Clemente, California.
Lisa joined Lepley Recruiting Services as our sourcing strategist and quickly advanced to our Senior Recruiter.
